Housing passes a milestone

Article in the Wall Street Journal about our housing market heading up. Here in Alameda we have been experiencing a record number of multiple offers and homes selling quickly. Offer dates are back and competition for desirable homes has become common. This article reflects my own experience with our local conditions. A lack of inventory has buyers competing for the homes that are on the market.
