This report is a on the national scene and shows some improvement in our housing market.
Although in the west we had a decline of .3% we still had an increase from last year.

- I am a Realtor with Bayside Real Estate in Alameda. Like many people I have been trying to live a little more simply and consciously regarding my usage of resources and the environment. I have also been bringing this into my work because real estate and housing is a green issue. Those who know me know that I am an avid mountain and road cyclist. In my own work I try to ride my bike as much as possible, brokers tours, commuting to the office. As much as I can whenever I can I try and incorporate riding my bike instead of driving my car.
