A new group of startups is challenging craigslist for apartment listings. If clients ask me about rentals I always recommend they check out Craigslist. I checked out Lovely.com and apartmentlist.com and found they both have a good selection of listings and are much easier to navigate than craigslist. However if your looking for a rental with this competitive rental market you would probably want to double check craigslist as well. I imagine that many of these sites will overlap listing since many of them have a feature that allows people to post listings but they are also scraping sites for the listings.
