Many agents have testimonials on their websites. Mostly because Yelp filtered my first ever review on their site from a client of mine who left a really nice review so I am not so fond of Yelp. If you don't Yelp a lot then Yelp may filter the reviews. I encourage my clients to leave reviews on my Zillow profile. These are not available for me to edit, curate or modify. Recently I received a really nice review from my clients who's house I sold at 1117 Versailles Ave in Alameda. I consider the reviews I receive from past clients some of the best advertising for the value I create for my clients.
